Every production batch goes through three QC checkpoints: incoming fabric inspection (tensile strength, waterproof rating), in-process sewing inspection (stitch count, alignment), and final random sampling before packaging (AQL 2.5 standard). We provide pre-shipment photos and can arrange third-party inspection at your cost if required.
We do not hold preset stock. Every unit is produced to your specifications after order confirmation and deposit. This ensures you receive exactly what you ordered — your fabric, your color, your dimensions, your branding — rather than whatever happened to be sitting in a warehouse.
